Using where you want to go, and how you want to get there, it’s time to map out the resourcing required.
With your completed Company bets template.
Within each function, identify where you will:
1️⃣ Double down
2️⃣ Level up
3️⃣ Start/Invest
From there, you’ll likely need to discuss hiring/spending/investing to increase your C (Confidence) that you or your team can achieve the goals.
You’ll want to answer questions like what do we need? when do we need it? how many do we need?
So after you have the drafts, what happens? Usually for me as soon as I've done all 5 steps, I start adjusting all of them. They each interact with each other.
